Oil & Gas

The price of oil is breaking records in costs and profits simultaneously as Americans have wakened to new lies and excuses for profiteering gone mad. As the American automobile industry plunges downward on all fronts, nobody seems to be able to figure out why more people are not rushing to the dealership for a shiny new version of the same old thing.

If you are serious about getting an oil field job, then you may consider it now. The price of oil is going up and oil exploration is booming. However, this will not last for the rest of this century. Oil as an energy source is on the way out. It is a dirty job and the technology belongs to the industrial age. The use of renewable energy sources on a global scale is still a few decades away, so take advantage of vacant oil field jobs quickly.

If you are not up-to-date with scientific developments, you probably have not have heard of the process of converting gas to liquids. It might not sound like it could apply to many people, but in fact it should appeal to everyone. This newer method of using our natural resources to our advantage could be the key to less reliance on foreign energy sources, resulting in lower gas prices. The gas to liquids process is the first step to having an alternative to oil, so some understanding of it among the public is helpful.

If you're anything like me and you love to take road trips and you tend to drive a lot, the gas prices are probably killing you as well seeing as I type this, the national average is well over three dollars. Even though it's hard to fight the government and the oil companies when it comes to high gas prices, there are a few things you can do daily in order to help you save a few bucks when it comes to saving on gasoline.

During these hard economic times with high gas prices, people have no choice other than to find and try new ways to get better gas mileage and save money on gas. There really is nothing we can do right now to permanently affect the prices other than a massive boycott which is definitely not going to happen because of our dependence on oil. Oil is used in a lot of our daily lives.

Every driver around the world has had their wallets feeling lighter and lighter as we all witness the dramatic increase in gas prices. To the producers of the so called "Gas Saving" additives saw this as a golden opportunity to load up their bank accounts. By all means, I am not saying that the additive issue is a complete myth; however, you should educate yourself, and think twice before investing a dime into an additive.
