labor law

If you have been injured on the job, you likely understand that there is a long list of requirements through which you must pass in order to secure the financial benefits you need to properly recover and hopefully return to work. Workers' compensation law in Oklahoma, like every other jurisdiction, can be quite complicated in nature. Three forces are at work today that, when combined, could cause the destruction of America. The three are: Global Warming, Overpopulation, and the Peak Oil crisis. All three are increasing in almost logarithmic progression, becoming larger every day. Much has been in the news about these three, but the whole picture is usually not shown. In the haste to definitively determine the path to fortune, learned theorists and treasure seekers alike overlook the most fundamental and significant aspect of money and markets - people. For people make money, earn money, empower money. People are the makers and mistresses of markets. People make the money go round.

Because of increasing costs and regulatory burdens imposed by ever intrusive state regulators on small businesses, many business owners are again looking at ways they can reduce costs and lift some of the extra overhead requirements keeping up with ever increasing regulations. Shelter manufacturing in Mexico, the current incarnation of the old maquiladora program, is starting to look better and better.
